The owner of the land in Pattaya, Thailand wanted to sell ice-cream and nothing can be more tempting than a magic Sweet City full of sweet sculptures.
Rin was inspired after visiting the Stonehenge monument in England and thought what if those monoliths were actually in the form of cakes. She set about recreating this as well as other structures with 10 other members of staff over a one year period.

The concept here is not just to appeal to children but also to adults who want to recreate their childhood dreams. I'm sure all of us have imagined houses, trees and snow made out of sweets at some point in time as children. The owners of Great & Grand were impressed by Rin's comprehensive ability to build sweet sculptures which delight as well as scary sculptures such as dinosaurs.
